In the Aude region, where diversity is the keyword, the 10 appellations d’origine available in red, rosé, white and sparkling can be found in 21 Languedoc AOPs and 13 regional denominations : Fitou, Corbières, Corbières-Boutenac, Minervois, Minervois-la Livinière, Clape, Quatourze, Cabardès, Malepère, Limoux.
The Aude vineyards, located between Toulouse and Montpellier, are on a human scale and are based on an ancient tradition dating back to antiquity.
